The Challenge
Millions of youth today are not trained in line with the current job market needs, due to which they are facing unemployment. This mass unemployment affects the economy too. AIF works on addressing this gap and helps these students come at par with the socially advantaged youth from urban areas. From upskilling for future-proofing their career to training them in Spoken English and soft skills, AIF takes a holistic approach to bridge this gap and make a bright career the right of every citizen.

AIF makes the beneficiaries job-ready and stays by their side for up to 3 and a half years post-placement till their first promotion, helping them evolve and grow at work.
